Exploring the opportunities and issues in a New Zealand context, of using data to inform decisions in the management of the built environment.

Speakers will consider the societal issues around infrastructure – congestion, environment and housing affordability and how data, strategy and economics can play a supporting role for the decision makers.

This event is co-hosted by the New Zealand IoT Alliance, LocationTech and NZTech, and is free for members to attend.

Matthew Webster – EquityAI

Reimagining Infrastructure in an era of rising complexity 

Matthew has more than 2 decades experience in the Telecommunications sector, including 6 years experience in Data, Analytics and Machine Learning in the Infrastructure and Financial sectors of the economy.  With EquityAI Matthew is exploring how Human Movement Data can be used to solve some of the most complex problems facing infrastructure projects in todays society. 

 

Juhi Shareef – Moonshot City

Exploring the what, why and how of resilient and regenerative cities.

Juhi is Global Strategy Advisor for Eco-Age. Working with Eco-Age in the UK she was responsible for sustainability strategies and ethical supply chain for clients including: Marks & Spencer, the Kering Group, Stella McCartney, Wembley Stadium, the British Film Institute (BFI) and The FA. 

Specialties / interests: creating resilient and regenerative cities, exponential tech for the circular economy and sustainability for events, sport, arts and culture.

 

Priti Ambani – Moonshot City

Exploring the what, why and how of resilient and regenerative cities.

Priti is a strategic business technologist and evangelist for women in business and technology. An engineer by education and training, Priti has 18+ years of experience in various roles across engineering, business, strategy, consulting and education. 

 

Keagan Lehmann – Ports of Auckland

Building world class situational awareness for an interconnected port Keagan is the IoT Cabability Lead at Ports of Auckland. He is an ex-EY technology consultant who thrives on helping businesses understand the digital landscape, build digital transformation strategies and deliver world-class digital solutions backed by smart data management. Keagan has over 15years experience working with technology in various roles across Software & Hardware Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Architecture, Technical PMO, AI/ML and IoT.
