Objectives
- Identify collaborative pilot opportunities from both public and private sectors
- Establish a governance framework around collaboration to get the startup community involved with larger corporates
- Run a collaborative pilot focused around arable farming.
- Use the learnings, pilot/ trial environment from the first pilot to create a collaborative working model/formula/environment to apply to other IoT co-design, co-development, co-investment projects in New Zealand
